An end to end service and inspection of all of our rolling equipment is preformed within 300 hours of each inspection. In some cases depending on the type of conditions they have been subject to they are inspected even more frequently.
Damaged or worn tires, excessive brake wear and any concerns or problems with steering equipment are inspected and dealt with immediately and outside of the regular maintenance schedule.
Upon return all equipment is first cleaned inspected for visual damages or repairs necessary to return it to good working condition and the cost of repairs or excessive cleaning if necessary are included with the customer's final invoice. In the case of equipment requiring Fuel or Service of the Engines that cost is also included in the users final invoice.
If our equipment, when delivered from our location, does not arrive at your jobsite, clean, full of fuel and serviced the Customer and delivery person should clarify those conditions and be so noted on the delivery ticket and credited accordingly.
As with our other Rental Equipment the Tanks and the support equipment is cleaned, inspected for any faulty equipment or damage and returned to the ready position in our fleet. Charges for any damages or lost equipment which must be replaced as well as cleaning is also charged to the customer on their final invoice.
